Wesman, Associate
For seven years, Paul Wesman served
as the Director of Corporate Communications for Right Management
Consultants, Inc., a leading international human resources
consulting firm with more than 300 locations worldwide and
close to $500 million in annual revenues. Paul work has
encompassed executive communications, public relations,
advertising, conferences, industry research projects, and
internal and external communications. In early 2000, he
launched his own business, providing clients with communication
consulting, research, writing, and editing services.
Wesman's research projects and publications include Right's
Global Severance Practices Study; PeopleBrand: The Employment
Brand Imperative; Lessons Learned from Mergers and Acquisitions;
Retaining Employees During Critical Organizational Transitions;
and Valuing the Dual Career Workforce.
Previously, Paul had more than twenty years' experience
in a variety of communications fields, including business
writing, executive speech consulting and coaching, radio
broadcasting, and video production. He has authored numerous
articles on workforce management topics, and four book-length
publications for a variety of organizations, on management
and technical subjects.
Paul holds a master of arts degree in Communication Studies
from Emerson College in Boston.
