As
part of our research we conducted phone interviews with
some 20 consulting companies and law firms that are active
in the outsourcing space. Through in-depth phone interviews
that lasted between 45 and 90 minutes each we tried to drill
down the issues that are mostly relevant to companies considering
HR outsourcing today. Additional information about consultants'
experience in the domain, industry expertise and client
base was obtained through internet research or supplied
by the consulting companies themselves.
The
goal of the study was to answer the following questions:
